OK Lee I went and created a personnel photo album, however after selecting some pictures to upload somehow I was not connected to the internet, and since I'm on cable hi-speed I should always be connected but anyway I connected and apparently the pictures are now in the moderation que.

Bill

I just looked at those new pictures, very nice. Seems like a small river for so meny fish of that size to be in.

Again let me know about your other posted pictures and if you want me to move them.

You ain't kidding Nice fish Bill.

Lee, yes please do move all my pics into my album. How can one tell when it is getting close to the limits of 10 MB?

As for the Garden, I have to agree it is a small river you can wade across in gum rubbers in places interspaced with deeper pools. It flows into the St Mary's river which empties Lake Superior into Lake Huron. There are as many Americans fishing there as Canadians. I believe that I posted a story about my trip to Sault Ste Marie. That area from the Soo up to Thunder Bay is quite possible one of the last great secrets on the continent. Follow Hwy 17 and close your eyes and put your finger on the map, chances are there is a small stream, creek or river which hosts a run of salmonids from the big lake. Pink Salmon are regarded as a nusuance just something to get into the way when your after Coho, Chinooks or heaven forbid that one bits your line when your steelheading. You can fish the Rapids right in downtown Sault Ste Marie but the fish are more dispersed and there is more fishing pressure and it can also be a little dangerous wading, caution is advised. However on the Garden it's pretty good walking along the river and when the run is at it's peak every possible peice of holding structure us utilized. The bottom substrate is lighter in colour but the pools can be black with fish, the most I've ever seen. For those of you who have fished on the Miramichi the Garden is about the size of the upper stretches of the Renous like where it crosses Hwy 108. We were only fishing on one fork of the river as it splits into at least two. The pinks usually show up in mid to late August, we were there on Labour Day Long weekend. The Kings were just starting their run, I think that Rob and I landed 6 or 7 between us in two and a half days of fishing and I lost count on pinks. Looking down stream from the falls there was a deep run about 15-20 feet wide with cliffs on both sides about 6 feet to the water, then there was pool, you can see it in the picture and it was full of fish as well. If anyone wants I can post more pictures to back up my claims. Would I ever like to go back there, it would be a long haul from NB but if you can hit it right it would be worth it for a week of fishing. There is an open area not far from the falls where everyone camps.

Bill I have moved all your pictures from the public album and approved the new ones you added. I have checked and you have used about 3 mg of the 10 mg quota, so don't worry about that.

Now you can go into your album and create sub-albums and move pictures from the main album into the sub-album. Create the sub-albums first then use the "manage media" option when you are in the main album and check the photo's you want to move, then at the bottom of the screen select a sub-album and click the move button. You can make as meny sub-albums as you want. If you have trouble let me know and I will help as much as I can.

Lee

P.S. I like your avatar very nice.
