Fished the Farmington River in CT yesterday. Beautiful day, water levels finally down to fishable level. Should have been a big Hendrickson hatch, but only a few. Apparently a lot of fly fishermen from ME, VT, NH, MA, CT and NJ had the same idea as every good section had 6-8 people in it. Saw a few fish on, but not really very many for the number of people fishing, My buddy landed one, and I had one up to the net before I lost it. Anyway, a nice stream and a nice day to be on the water.
