The changing of the leaves, the colorization of the fish and a steady decrease in water temps....yep fall is here in full swing.  One thing that hasn't changed however is my fly selection.  The same two flies in tandem have been working together since may and are set to make it right through the end of the season! Today over 80% of the fish came from the dry, not what you might not expect for late september on these cold mountain streams.

 Wow those are some beautiful pictures . Magazine quality heck framing quality . Well done.



Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
