Well Lee you beat me to it. I'll just add that I had a great time, I do not often get the chance to fish for wild trout and I enjoy it every time I do. I was having a tough time settling in but by the time I was driving home I was in a much better place. Thanks again for spending the day, I really needed the time on the water.

nice job guys, glad you were able to get together to fish. I haven't fished in 2 and a half months.
Nice looking fish and it looks like a beautiful day. Its great that you guys were able to get out. Jack and I fished for 3 or 4 hours last week on Cold River. Got quite a few on flies while jack got a few for breakfast on worms. Tried the dropper on a dry method for a while which is a technique I haven't tried much in the past. Did well on the bead head caddis and got the biggest ones on it. Smaller ones on the elk hair caddis. It was really nice to be in the water and in the woods for a while, especially with Jack. He really likes the brookie fishing. He also got quite a few little guys up on the brook. Been beautiful weather. We were thinking of trying to hike into speck pond and camp out for a day sometime this week or next if anyone would be interested in meeting up there. Jack is out of camp for the next couple weeks but has a bit of a cold so I'm not sure on timing but we're flexible.
Fished with Keith on the Sawyer River and the Rocky Branch River. Water was cold in the Sawyer but the Rocky Branch was getting warm. Both rivers fished OK, but not as good as when I fished both on July 27th. We did manage a good number of fish, most small wild fish but did each catch a few better sized fish. We each caught a wild Brown Trout in the Rocky Branch. This was a treat and adds to the one I caught on July 27th. Small around 4 to 6 inches long but very special fish indead.
Thats it for now, Keith may add a few pictures later on.
