MAINE - Life in the Slow Lane
Nice, we had ar run like that for a bit now the next two nights are going to be below freezing. We still need some rain for the rivers, but please Dave no raindance. 
Fished the Miramichi on Satutday evening...Was light cold rain and no fish.......Nearly froze my golliwogs.
Rained heavily overnight and stayed cold. travis picked up a trout on Sunday morning. Thr trout had the tail
of a smelt sticking out of it's mouth...That explains the slow fishing...Cold and windy on sunday..
.Water levels had shot up overnight as well .....Stinking cold and windy again today....Just cranked up the wood stove...
Maybe I will get Warm by mid july......So enjoy the heat while you got it.....

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
