Jay and I are heading to the hills to fish are Bamboo Rods. We are so stoked. Here's to staying dry , good hatched and tight lines . Have a good day all.

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.

Lee that section of Rapid Creek does not get stocked. They are a self sustaining meaning they reproduce in the stream. The fish measured 22 1/2 inches  We both missed a Rainbow that would have gone close to 30inches. Was a very strange day. The water is ice cold so hardly any hatches going on. The big fish were very active for some reason. We had a great day even with the rain. Maybe that's why the big fish were active . Rain something they are not used to.
