My name is Rudy  I'm originally from Bangor, grew up in Portland back in the 60's.

Unfortunately I'm here in Texas, wishing I was in Maine Smile

Love to kayak fish & Ultralight flyfish both I picked up here, only wish I would have discovered flyfishing as a kid back in Maine.

Hey Rudy welcome to the the site. You will love it here. I feel your pain. I am from Maine as well and now live in South Dakota. I miss New England very much.  The wife is from here in SD that is why I am still here. Although the Black Hills are a wounderful place to live there is no place like home. So what kind of fishing do you do in Texas ? My guess bass although I do know there is trout fishing in certain parts of Texas. Glad to have you aboard . Looking fwd to hearing more about you . The site is full of the best folks you can find. Don't be shy jump right in . Dave V

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
