Hi All

Just a note about fishing on Sat with Paul (Fish Carva) and Chris.  We started at the Saco and tried the Ellis and ended up on the Wildcat.  For sure the Wildcat was the best.  I plan to do a full Article report later today and will add the pictures tonight.  The rivers were high but the Wildcat seemed the best and had some beautiful stocked Brookes in it.  ElkHair Caddis was the fly that worked for me.  Dry or wet they slammed it, and my 6'6" 4wt was almost not enough rod for these fish, it is a very slow action rod so very limber and I had a hard time with some of these fish.

More later.

See Yah
Thanks
Lee

I am glad to hear that people are on the water.  I have been seeking shelter from the sun as of late, but the lure of fish is starting to present itself.  Beautiful days and knowing that something lurkes below the surface keep me dreaming about revealing it.

Glad you guys had a good time.

Sounds like a great time Lee, I'm looking forward to the full report and pictures.

It looks like I will have Wednesdays free this summer so if you are up for a mid week trip the north country just drop me a line.

Hey Lee,

I'm glad we finally got to meet in person! Chris and I wish we could have stayed longer but we had to get back to the families for the afternoon. I know we could have caught another dozen brookies each upstream on the Wildcat. Thanks for showing us around and putting us on fish.

We went out on the Saco Sunday morning across from the condos and caught a couple 10 inch brookies that could have been natives. No clipped fins and a very long ways from an access point for F&G.

Paul-

You are forgiven, it should have been atleast 3.1, but you can't do that by yourself, so you are good to go.

Thanks
