Hi All

Hiked to the Hermit Lake shelters with the wife on sunday. 2.4 miles up and back 2000 ft of vertical. My legs know that I did the hike and it may be a week before I feel OK again. Will post some shots tonight if I get a chance.

So hows the wife is she sore to ? I know how you feel Lee. When I hiked the Bighorns looking for good water my legs felt like jelly for a week.

Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.

Hi Lee
I tried climbing a hill a long time ago...I think I went about
it too fast...As you can see by my avatar, the end result was that I climbed right up through my hair....So be careful.

LMAO I am getting thin on top but not bald yet. I do go at a slow pace, so maybe I have nothing to worry about.
