Hi all;

I'm a new user of this site, and my name is Dave.  I live in Salem, NH, and fish as often as my job and other distractions allow.

I love river fishing best, especially where they feed into or flow out of lakes where you get bigger lake-run fish, or where the setting is the most scenic.  I have recently tried for bigger game in the Salmon River and took a trip last year to the Gaspe.  I have a long way to go for the latter persuit, but I intend to get there, eventually.

Because of easy access, I often fish the Sugar River, Archery Pond, the Merry Meeting in the early spring and late fall, and many of the other places you all know for catch and release fly fishing only waters.

I tie flies at least once a week, and will becontributing to the fly tying forum, and I will have a river report in a week when I come back from a trip to the East Outlet.

Best of fishing luck to all,

Braicd1, or just Dave

Hi Dave  Welcome to the Site

First I moved your story about you to the appropriate forum "New/Old User Intros".  This is where you should have done your introduction which is very nice.  I will open the entire forum to you and you are now a full fledged member of the site.  I am looking forward to your fishing report, you can do it in the forum under "Open Water Fishing Reports" or do a story.  If you do a story do a short intro section then the entire body of the report.  Use the HELP system to show how to add photo's to the story.  If you have a problem just ask I will gladly help where I can.

See Yah
Thanks
Lee

Welcome to the Site

Great to have another rabid fly caster and a tier to boot.

I'm bouncing around a few ideas on the tying front so stay tuned, I may be enlisting your assistance.

As has been said this is a great group, very friendly, accepting, and alway willing to lend a hand and sometime even a secret honey hole or twoProblem

Please feel free to contribute and jump into conversations, debates, or whatever.   The more folks participate the better this site will be and the more fun we will all have.

Tightlines,

-K

Welcome!

The East Outlet is a great place! I fished it once on the last weekend of the season. Rain and snow for the entire trip but we caught salmon by the dam and under the RR bridge. I look forward to your report.
