If you hunt and fish back in this is some exciting news! The latest series Garmin GPS units now track the Russian GLONASS satelites. This brings the orbiting units up to 48 for a near instant lock on. Pisser. Just Pisser

For those who don't venture far off the beaten path this will be useless information

Now if came with a solar pack to keep the batteries charged . Amazing how technology has come so far in just a short time.
