Nicely done. Can't wait to get my hooks . Hope to tie some midge patterns for the winter Browns
I can't wait to see the midges, I may have to tie up a few as well. I am looking for some smaller scud hooks now to tie up some micro klinkhammers and drowned spinners. Locally the smallest I have found is a #20 I may have to order up some #24 & #26's.
On another note; I took a break from the micros last night to tie up some size 12 & 14 nymphs...Man that's a lot of hook to cover!
I think tying on these micro hooks has greatly improved my tying skills.
I can imagine. When I go back to my 16's it will feel like I am tying on a streamer hook. I hope like you it improves my tying skills as well. One thing for sure I should be able to see the hooks better. I can't wait to try the little micros on a fish.
Got my size 32's in today . I am doomed These 52 year old eyes are going to have all they can handle with these microscopic hooks, I might have to buy a new vice to hold them so I am able to tie one up. Wife is all for it . I have to laugh the dang hooks are the size of Jefferson's nose on a dime .
Keep in mind Dave, if you DO manage to tie up one of them #32 hooks, if you sneeze or blink when a trout hits it you'll straighten the hook right out
This is what my 50 year old eyes use:

Koda,
You just have no faith in our fish catching skills, you wait there will be some monsters landed on these invisi-hooks
Hi Koda
We can always let the young'uns fish of the wharf and catch a bucket of minnows
We can buy the bucket of minnows and go trolling for real fish...Might be a win win situation..
Can.t wait to see what you are going to tie up
Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.
