My brother in law had some of his deer made into sausages. The meat is mixed 50/50 with pork and is it ever good, that was the general concensus at my house.

My youngest step-son just killed a button buck and he gave us the liver and the heart. The heart is being pickeled as I write this and the liver is gone, had two nice meals of it. YUM YUM !!!!!
