Just in our blood I guess 
I think its the challange, the feeling you get when a fish finally takes your fly. The tug on the line. The bend of the rod. A feeling of accomplishment. The satifaction of beating nature when most of the time nature makes us look silly. Maybe its the just getting away from it all . Being in the outdoors among all the beauty. I would say its stress relief but thats not always the case. Broken nets, broken rods , a slip on your butt. I think over all like most people here have said, Something deep inside us keeps us going. We each have our own reasons. Me I just plain love it.

Going fine, but I have not gone fishing yet, hope to get out a couple of times next week.

Bummer on the not going fishing. Best try and get a few days in . If I remember right your coming up to the end of the season. Thats ok you could always come out here and fish. Our season is year round.

Do not keep rubbing our noses in the fact that you have year round fishing. You may wind up with a lot bigger crowd for the holidays than you expect.
