Well gents its 3:30 am and I'm off on my first salmon trip of the year in about 1/2 an hour. Will report in when I get back this evening Mr. Green

Good luck Mike, Its 5:15 Am here and I am getting the wife off to work and then I am heading out to the streams on 2 1/2 hrs of sleep . Have to beat the crowds



Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was
cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words,
and some of the words are theirs.

Thanks Lee just loaded up the dog , Wife is almost ready for work then off I go. by the way gas just went up another 6 cents per gallon last night.

Fished for 17 hours yesterday had a blast. The guy I went with , a newbe, hooked/rolled a nice grilse in the morning and we saw 2 more fish all day. Fished 7 pools. I wouldn't care if we didn't see any fish , I KNOW THEY ARE THERE (somewhere) awesome time. Hopefully going again next thursday then to the St Mary's River on the 23/24th.
Oh Stephen we got checked by a DFO Supervisor dy the name of Mathesson that said he knew you. Had only the best words for you.

Sounds Like fun Mike , Good to see you getting out. Did you run into other anglers that hooked or caught fish ? What are they saying about the quanty and Quality of fish this year ?

Dave there we a few fella's who hooked fish this year. I think there were 35 salmon and 15 salmon through the counter as of wednesday.
