Great advice Koda, i have just learned over the years how to read the water from trial and error and every now and then they surprise me but not too often. Reading the water is an Art, i do belive years of on the water experince . Most people i fish with i allow to fish 1st , i watch and see how they approach the water where they enter when wading , where they walk and espically there 1st cast . many people i have fished with walk over the fish and blow them out of there holding spot , most cast 90 degrees to the river while trying to float a fly and most want to fish the white water which is good if you lay the fly just right on edge, most over looks nice little rocks sticking up creating a slow moving pool behind it where the fish rest and grab food as it flows on bye .... So many things can change at a drop of the hat its crazy no bites for hours then a hatch or something and you can't keep them off your line , those times are fun ...... I am happy with my rod and the way it performs i gotta get some wading boots so i can really get the full use out of it been tough casting in most spots , so i havn't realized the full potential yet , i can't wait to get back to the spot i was gettin gthe bows and wear them out ....
Took bunch of pics on my way around town fishing this morn some good ones of the rod
