You will enjoy talking with Bill. It amazed me what goes on behind the scenes, the stuff we never hear about. Seems like the project is hot and cold. One minute it's looking good with a bunch of Salmon returning from the Ocean. The next minute somebody throws a monkey wrench in the gears.

I don't believe you will find more first hand information anyplace. He's been with the project for a long long time. Bill also knows what goes on with the politicians too, and though we don't like to hear it, they are in it deep.
