Thanks Lee!
I live just minutes from Poor Peoples Pub. I also have both NH and Maine licenses so I'm up for anything.
Welcome to the site Hornberg. Great bunch here. Some have a few screws loose but would give the shirt off their back to help you. Looking forward to reading your post and adventures in the fly fishing world. Post often and don't be afraid to upload a few pictures now and then. Dave V

I fish both states as well. NH is where I fish the most, the mountain streams primarily. We should do a day together this May or early June up in the mountains. I live off the Acton Ridge road about a mile and half from the NH/Maine border.
Keep in touch and we will fish. I am retired so have lots of time to fish now.

Welcome Hornberg!
Sounds good Lee, I'm glad your getting to enjoy your retirement! The free days I have are monday afternoons and sundays all day. Saturdays are reserved for family fun times. Heres a picture of one of the wild brookies I pulled thru the ice this season, beautiful!

Welcome aboard, I also hold lic in both NH and Me and am always up for flogging the waters.
We have and opening day (NH) group trip in the works so check the site often for details. We had a great time last year and I see no reason for this year to be any different.
BTW- nice photo, we have a photo contest going on right now and it's not too late to enter, and it's never too late to vote.
In any event settle in and feel free to participate, it's what makes this site fun.
Hey all, found this site late last year. SInce its almost time to start fishing again I figured it was time for a revisit to introduce myself. I grew up in northern maine, moved down to NH about 9 years ago for work. I currently live in Wakefield NH with my family. I'm a lifelong angler but my prior fly fishing was limited to ponds only, which to me, was kind of boring and I just never got into it. But this past summer I took a trip up to the Elis for a half day guided trip and wow!!! What a difference a change of venue makes, needless to say I'm now completly addicted bad. I'm looking forward to getting out there a lot more this year and getting on some fish. I'll be out April 1st trolling for some spring goodies in just a few days time on the little open water thats out there. Can't wait!!
