Spring is here now with these temps and the ice melting as quickly as it is spring fishing will start for me in the next week or so .... 1st stop, brook with my new rod ... planning on the finish for the weekend and fishing it mon or tuesday of next .......
Weather here is INSANE! 50 degrees today and sunny. The iris bulbs are poking green through! I am wired!
I believe that lying fool woodchuck was way off base this year, Thank God!

Mid 40's here 50's tomorrow . Something isn't quite right. I hope winter doesn't show up in June

July is spring and August is summer...LOL...actually we have had a pretty tame winter and we need some snow bad so water levels stay up for summer salmon

Ahh Koda give the varmit his just due and call him a GROUNDHOG. I know I know he is also called a Woodchuck, but Groundhog sounds more dignified to me. And yes he did lye to us this year, which is a great thing. I will be fishing Alton Bay April 1 for sure.
